Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Qurio (“Qurio”, “we”, “us”, or “the platform”). By accessing or using Qurio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Nature of the Service

Qurio is a software platform that provides a structured interface for interacting with third-party artificial intelligence systems. Qurio does not generate original intelligence, advice, opinions, instructions, or conclusions of its own.

All outputs displayed through Qurio are generated by external AI service providers. Qurio does not control, verify, validate, endorse, or assume responsibility for any AI-generated content.

2. No Advice & No Reliance

Qurio does not provide professional, educational, legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other advice. Content generated through the platform must not be relied upon for decision-making of any kind.

You agree that any reliance on AI-generated output is solely at your own risk. Qurio is not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the platform.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you interpret, use, apply, or act upon any content generated through Qurio. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qurio disclaims all liability arising from misuse, misinterpretation, over-reliance, or inappropriate application of AI-generated outputs.

4. Child & Parent Accounts

Where child profiles are used, the parent or legal guardian is solely responsible for the child’s access to and use of the platform. Qurio does not assume responsibility for monitoring, supervising, or interpreting a child’s interaction with AI systems.

All financial obligations, account controls, permissions, and compliance responsibilities rest exclusively with the parent or legal guardian.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qurio, its founders, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, personal or business decisions, or any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

6. Service Availability & Termination

Qurio may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, with or without notice. Qurio reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any reason, including suspected misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Qurio does not claim ownership over artificial intelligence models or their internal logic. Qurio does not claim authorship or ownership over AI-generated outputs.

The platform interface, branding, and orchestration logic remain the intellectual property of Qurio.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction determined by Qurio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Continued use of Qurio constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgment of the inherent limitations and risks of artificial intelligence systems.
