Qurio is not an educational service, childcare service, tutoring platform, or age-certified environment. Outputs are generated by third-party artificial intelligence systems and may not be suitable for all ages.
Parental Responsibility
Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for:
- Determining whether Qurio is appropriate for their child
- Supervising usage and interpreting outputs
- Setting boundaries and expectations for use
- Explaining limitations of artificial intelligence
No Child-Directed Guarantees
Qurio does not guarantee age-appropriate, accurate, safe, or complete outputs for minors. The platform does not assess emotional, cognitive, or developmental suitability.
Qurio expressly disclaims all liability arising from a child’s access, interpretation, reliance, or misuse of any output generated through the platform.
Use of Qurio by a minor constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms by the parent or legal guardian.
