Refund Policy
Qurio provides access to a digital service that includes computational resources, third-party artificial intelligence usage, and real-time processing costs.
General Policy
All purchases are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise. Due to the nature of digital services and immediate resource allocation, refunds are not guaranteed.
Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be issued at Qurio’s sole discretion in exceptional cases, including but not limited to:
- Verified billing errors
- Duplicate charges
- Prolonged platform unavailability attributable to Qurio
Refund eligibility does not extend to dissatisfaction with AI outputs, subjective expectations, or changes of mind.
Abuse Prevention
Qurio reserves the right to deny refunds in cases involving abuse, policy violations, or attempts to exploit the platform, including repeated refund requests.
This policy may be updated as payment features are introduced or modified. Continued use of Qurio constitutes acceptance of the current Refund Policy.
